“Drinking apple cider vinegar or using it in cooking has been thought to curb sugar cravings and promote weight loss in recent years. Studies on its weight loss benefits show very weak correlation (like, 1/3 lb lost a week) and it can actually corrode the enamel on your teeth so it shouldn’t be used for whitening. It also hasn’t been proven to “detoxify” you, improve skin, bust cravings or reduce bloat. If consumed with bread, pasta or other starchy foods, it has a minimal effect on managing your blood sugar, but that’s about it.”
