Pros:

1.  priced affordably…
2.  quick to change.. (7.8 seconds to change
   from 5 to 35 Ibs)…

Cons:

1. Negatives
2. Max 52.51bs… well actually..
   .according to my research… The bowflex select tech 560 goes up to 60Ibs,
   and the bowflex select tech 1090 goes up to 90Ibs
3. No Knurling
4. Not Durable
5. Plastic Collar*
6. Adamant about not dropping
   them… dropping them avoids warranty…
7. Safety hazard: plastic
   collars to hold the plates versus metal… which can flex, get brittle, and
   break and therefore one of the plates could fall off
