Pros:
- Uses spin lock system…
- Requires standard iron plates (cheap), not olympic sleaves,
- Can go up to 125 Ibs (from 5Ib)
Cons:
- spin lock system… doesn’t work as tight as you like… and
Took 32.36 seconds to go from 5 to 35Ibs… and that doesn’t consider the mental math to change weight…
- But you cant drop them…
