How to use resistance bands

it was just now 3:16pm 19/06/2021 AEST that i made the realisation that we wear clothing which have the elastic property. This means that when wearing clothing which has this elastic property being applied to just the waist area, that waist area is being constricted for long periods of time, and so if we decide to wear these clothings, it becomes extremely important that we use resitance bands at the areas which don’t experience this elastic tension. e.g. having a band wrap around our top part of our leg, around our knees, and perhaps power. Perhaps even higher than the waist too.
